Free Regular Delivery
If you spend more than $150 in one transaction, you are automatically eligible for free regular delivery (includes tracking). 

Regular Delivery
Regular delivery is $9.50 and includes tracking.

Express Shipping (Australian Only)

Express shipping is $14.90. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) while stocks are available.

Delivery Times

PLEASE NOTE: Angel Maternity wants to let you know that due to current COVID-19 situation, there will be approx. 3-7 days delays at our shipping via Post. Unfortunately, Your order(s) will take longer than usual time. We will notify you when it has been sent out. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We use Australia Post for Angel Maternity deliveries. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays). All orders are tracked.

We provide realistic delivery times for your goods, however on occasion there are circumstances that are out of our control and delays may occur.

For deliveries to Western Australia (WA)

Please note, that for all orders with a Western Australia delivery address, our delivery times are longer. If you require your item sooner, please select Express Shipping. 

 

Local Pickup

You can now select Local Pickup at checkout so you can easily pick up your online order from our Castle Hill Store. You won't be charged for a shipping fee. After you place your order for local pickup, you will be emailed your order confirmation. On average, it will take us at least 1 work day (Tue-Fri) to get your order ready. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notification. To collect your order from our Castle Hill store, you will need to bring BOTH:

  1. A copy of your order confirmation (on your mobile phone/printed)
  2. Proof of ID.

Please contact us if you chose Local Pickup but you are unable to pick up your order from our Castle Hill store. We will invoice you the shipping cost prior to processing your order.

The Castle Hill store is open Tuesdays to Saturdays (closed on Sunday and Monday). Go to https://angelmaternity.com.au/pages/stores for store opening hours.

 

For International Retail Customers

International shipments are subject to the following flat rate shipment cost:
  • New Zealand AU$9.50 (*Free registered postage for orders over AUD$150)
  • Asia Pacific AU$39
  • North America & Canada AU$39
  • Europe AU$39
  • Rest of world AU$39.

Please be aware that you may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees when your order arrives at your country. These fees are imposed by your government and we have no control over your country’s customs procedures. Angel Maternity is not responsible for paying these additional fees. If you require more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.

Shipping time may also be affected by local custom processes.

For New Zealand customers, please be aware that Australia Post and New Zealand Post would not request taxes/duties on parcels valued under $300.

 

Order confirmation & tracking

You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive another email containing your tracking number, so that you can always track your order.

 

Pre-Order and Back-Order

If part or all of your order is on pre-order or back-order, we may send those product/s separately via Regular Delivery at no additional cost to you. You will receive an email detailing the products which have been sent to you.

In some cases, we may offer you an alternative product if a suitable product is available.

 

Signature upon delivery

All orders are sent via Australia Post, so please ensure that you provide a delivery address that will allow for a signature to be obtained upon delivery. If this is not possible, please leave a note (in the delivery instructions in the checkout process) for our delivery drivers with the specific secure delivery instructions. Delivery drivers may also leave a calling card with full details on who to redeliver or collect your item(s).
