Returns & Exchanges Policy
Atย Angel Maternity, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer store credit or refunds for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the items you wish to return from your order.
- Submit your return request.
Our team will review your request and email you a return label within 2 business days.
Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Items areย unwornย and in theirย original conditionย with all tags attached.
- Items haveย no marks or stains, including makeup or spray tan.
- Items are returnedย within 30 daysย of the delivery date.
- Items are free from any odor, including deodorant, perfume, or washing powder.
- Underwear and stockingsย cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- A validย receipt or proof of purchaseย is provided.
Angel Maternity reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or are returned after the 30-day period. In such cases, the items will be sent back to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by Angel Maternity.
Store Credit (Gift Card)
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and sent to your email. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases.
If there is any discrepancy in your store credit, please contact us atย customercare@angelmaternity.com.auย with your order number and a brief explanation for further assistance.
Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date and are subject to aย $9.95 postage & handling fee, deducted from your refund at the time of processing. For orders over $1500, we offerย one-time free returns, and the postage fee is waived.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- If multiple payment methods were used (e.g., store credit + PayPal/Credit Card), the funds will be refunded accordingly.
- Refunds may take up toย 10 business daysย to reflect in your account.
Final Sale Items
Items marked asย finalย clearanceย are only eligible for store credit.
Faulty Returns
In the rare case of receiving a faulty item, weโre happy to offer aย replacement,ย store credit, orย full refund, provided:
- The item isย unwornย and in itsย original conditionย with all tags attached.
- You notify us withinย 14 daysย of delivery by emailingย customercare@angelmaternity.com.auย with:
- Yourย order number.
- A brief description of the fault.
- Photos showing the fault.
Once approved, faulty returns must be sent back promptly. Refunds for faulty items may take 5โ7 business days to process. If the funds are not reflected in your account after this time, please contact us for further assistance.
Note: If a fault is discovered after wearing the item, please declare this in your email. Items returned without tags or prior declaration may be sent back to the customer upon further inspection.
Important Information
- Changes to your return request cannot be made once the return has been posted. Any changes must be arranged with Customer Care prior to shipping.
- Returned items must be inย original conditionโunworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Shoes must be in their original box or carton.
- Domestic returns initiated via the provided return link will include a prepaid shipping label.
- We offerย free return shippingย for store credit resolutions.
- Refunds for orders under $150 will have a $9.95 postage fee deducted. For orders over $150, we offer free returns.
- For returns not initiated via the return link, a store credit will be issued upon receipt of the items.
Please ensure yourย name and order numberย are clearly visible on the return parcel label. If using a return label provided by us, this information will already be included.
