Why should I activate my account

We have moved to a new website, and as a previous customer, an account has been automatically created for you in our new website.

By activating your account you will receive extra benefits.

  • Track your orders
  • Save your address so you can shop even more quickly next time.

How do I activate my account

To activate your account, follow the prompts in the email you received. You will be asked to create a new password and then activate your account.

Do I need to update my details?

The utmost care was taken while creating your account in our new website. However, it’s worth double checking that we have the most up to date information.

What happens if I don't have an account?

You can quickly and easily create a new account when you shop in our new store. 

ONLINE SHOPPING

Will the order I placed in your previous website be sent?

You will have received an order confirmation via email. If you wish to check on the process of your order, please call or email us.

Can I return items bought on the previous website?

Yes, you can return items that are within our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Can I use an existing gift card, credit note or voucher?

We will honour any non-expired gift cards, credit notes and vouchers. Please call or email us on how to redeem it.

DELIVERY

Can I change my address for the order I placed on your previous website?

Yes, you can. Please call or email us as soon as possible, and update your details on our new website.

How do I track my outstanding order?

You would have received information via email on how to track your order. If not, feel free to call or email us.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately no, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.

How do I search for a product on your new website?

You may search for a product by clicking on the search icon at the top of the page.

A product I want is no longer in stock?

Most of our popular products sell out very quickly so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does! Visit our website often as we have new styles landing weekly. If an item can be re-stocked we usually write this information in the description.

Why should I join your mailing list?

If you join our newsletter list we will email you when we have promotions, offers, sale, style and outfit ideas! New stock arrives regularly, so to avoid disappointment, we will email alert you for the best chance of snapping up any new arrivals. We only collect customer information to update our customers about our new products, services and promotions. Under no circumstances will we sell your email or residential address for any reason. Ever.

Sign up by filling in your email address in the Connect area at the bottom of our new website.

How do I unsubscribe from the Angel Maternity newsletter?

Click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the e-newsletter or just contact us and request to be unsubscribed. You can do this at any time.

I am having problems accessing or buying from your new website

We apologise for any inconvenience but please do report the issue to us. From time to time system upgrades and certain browser versions may cause errors and we appreciate your feedback in reporting them.
