New Zealand Customer Return Process
Thank you for contacting us.
For NZ customers, unfortunately the online portal is not applicable at this stage. We will process the refund/exchange as soon as the tracking number is confirmed upon delivery.
- the copy of return/exchange form (attached PDF) and
- tracking number of the returned parcel that sent to our PO Box in NZ.
Please follow the procedure below:
1. Fill out the attached Return/Exchange form,
2. Take the garment to the post office with the form, send the parcel to our NZ address on the form,
3. Take a photo of the form and the tracking number of the parcel,
4. Email both the form and tracking number to sales@angelmaternity.com.au
